Description: A security consultant is someone with knowledge about thieving who uses her knowledge to improve her clients' defenses against thieves.

Some security consultants do other work on the side. Common employment includes recovering stolen items. Since many security consultants have thieving skills, they may commit burlaries and other crimes as well. It is not unheard of for a security consultant to rob people her own clients after seeing their defenses. However, security consultants whose clients get robbed don't last long because their reputations will be ruined.

Combat Technique: Any.

Preferred Skills: Crafting/Picking Locks, Finding/Disarming/Setting Traps, and Observation. Other stealth skills are useful as well because they give the security consultant more information about what a thief can do.
